Eva and Gerry Bready spent many years in Orange, both teaching and practicing the science and math that meant so much to them. During those years we (Doug and Lois) were born and raised in a loving home and community -- a community filled with others who shared the love of science and math. In honor of our parents, Eva and Gerald Bready, and in hope that future generations of students will have the opportunity to experience the wonder and exploration of those essential disciplines, we are pleased to deliver $75,000 to the West Orange Cove ISD Education Foundation, Inc.

            In addition, we will be officially transferring the memorial funds raised in honor of Mom and Dad, and currently deposited in the Orange Savings and Loan to the Foundation. That sum totals $4,060.00.

            We, along with our spouses,  hope these funds will not only provide a significant start to the Foundation's financial support, but will serve as an inspiration to others who have benefited from their education in science and math – that would be just about all of us!
